Good Evening from a blustery Okinawa,
So after my Martial Arts Session this morning, I had some thoughts.
Thoughts about thoughts.
I came to the realisation that the quality of life is more important than the quantity.
I mean I would much prefer to live a rich life of happiness and have less time rather than live to be a 100 and miserable for the majority of time.
After pondering these thoughts, I came to the conclusion that our greatest asset is not in fact time itself, but how we use that time.
And how we use that time is directly a result of the quality of the thinking processes we have.
So I recorded my ramblings this morning when I was in an altered state, while still out of breath from kung fu.
I also loaded in some artwork to the video too.
You can see the full gallery of my wife’s art over at Ayaqua.com – be sure to check it out when you have chance 🙂
Ok, so here’s the short speech I managed to record this morning. I hope it gives you some food for thought.
As always, thanks for joining us.
Check back tomorrow for more ramblings from Okinawa,
With Love and Light,
